Pak Choy, Pak-Choi, Paksoi or Bok Choy is a relative vegetable of cabbage, which at first glance can be confused with Swiss chard. With green leaves and a whitish trunk, Pak Choy is a plant that can not exceed half a meter in height. Although this vegetable is grown in Asian countries such as China, Japan or Korea, southern Spain has become one of the largest producing areas in Europe of Pak-Choi for a few years. This vegetable has a taste very similar to endive. Easy to cook and better digested, Pak Choy can be cooked in many ways, although it is better for our taste, it is steamed, in soups, or sauteed in Wok or pan.
